The share permissions must be set to Full Control for all users. Both managed and unmanaged standard part configurations must have a network share to the unmanaged components, such as the sac file and standard parts database.
You must set this permission at the top level of the standard parts folder structure, and these permissions are inherited all the way down through the structure. The Security settings for all the folders in this unmanaged folder structure must be set to Full Control to all users. Once installed, use the File Locations tab on the Options dialog box to set the path, and you are ready to install your standard parts.Įvery standard part installation has some portion of the folder structure that is not managed by a managed library.
